Data controller
Open Profit Drejling i Wspólnicy Spółka Jawna, ul. Zwierzyniecka 3, 60-813 Poznań (hereinafter referred to as "Open Profit”) is the administrator of personal data of Customers and their representatives as a service provider, i.e. the entity providing the Website.
The administrator of personal data transferred in connection with the use of the Services (e.g. employee data) is always the Customer. Open Profit, as a service provider, is not the administrator of this data, but as an entity providing Services, it processes personal data provided by Customers on their behalf under the terms described in the Regulations, available at: https://uslugi.openprofit.pl/regulamin/
Purposes of processing and legal basis
Open Profit processes personal data of Customers and their representatives in providing the Website, including issuing invoices regarding the Subscription. We process the Customer's personal data because it is necessary to perform the contract for the provision of the Website.
Recipients of your data
Payment-related data may be made available to an external payment service provider.
Moreover, in order to achieve the above-mentioned goals, Open Profit may disclose personal data to external entities if it is necessary to perform specific activities for Open Profit (e.g. services). External data processors include:
